adidas presents special sneaker pack in honour of their 75th anniversary

adidas aka the Three Stripes Brand, will reach a special milestone in 2024, dear community! On 18 August 1949, Adi Dassler started the ‘Adolf Dassler adidas Schuhfabrik’ in Herzogenaurach, which is now 75 years ago. Of course, they don't let that go unnoticed. Instead of dropping one special trainer, the brand comes up with an entire collection: the ‘75th Anniversary’ pack. The pack features some of their most iconic models, all of which carry a piece of history with them. Check out the Samba, Gazelle, Handball Spezial and SL 72 here!

This is the adidas ‘75th Anniversary’ pack

The Samba, a timeless classic, comes in an elegant colour combination of ‘Core Black’ and ‘Cloud White’. With luxurious leather, an all-black sole and a suede toe overlay, this version is a sophisticated makeover of the original design.

The Gazelle and Handball Spezial add some colour to the collection. The Gazelle shines in a bright ‘Team College Gold’ suede, while the Handball Spezial stands out with its ‘College Royal’ blue hue.

Both designs feature the large ‘75’ logo on the left ankle and the dates '18.08.1949' & '18.08.2024' printed on the inside, a nod to the anniversary.

Finally, the pack also includes the SL 72, a model first released for the 1972 Olympics. This sneaker has a fresh look with white nylon panels and accents of red and cream suede, and the classic gum sole completes the design.
