The Nike Air Max 1 'Timeless' takes inspiration from the first Air Force 1
Nike has released official images of the Air Max 1 'Timeless'. The sneaker comes in a white colorway and takes its inspiration from the first Air Force 1 High colorway, which was released in 1982. The sneaker will be available in 2023.
The Air Max 1 model is gets a new colorway. The month of March is Air Max Month, and Nike is celebrating it with various colorways. Introduced in 1987 by designer Tinker Hatfield, the model was the first Nike sneaker to showcase the Air unit. For the next colorway, Nike takes us back to the first colorway of the Air Force 1.
The Nike Air Force 1 High was introduced in 1982 in a 'White/Neutral Gray' colorway. The sneaker was designed by Bruce Kilgore and was an instant hit. Now, in 2023, Nike is bringing the iconic colorway to the Air Max 1.
Air Max 1 'Timeless' design
The Nike Air Max 1 'Timeless' comes in a white colorway and features gray details on the upper. The sneaker combines leather and mesh materials. The Swoosh on the center panel has a light gray color, as does the strap placed around the foot, hinting at the strap on the Air Force 1 High.
The 'Timeless' colorway comes with an off-white midsole. The Nike Air logo on the tongue has an dark blue color an an aged look. 'Timeless' branding is on the insole. On the heel of the sneaker, Nike Air is set, in the same font as on the Air Force 1 High.

The 'Timeless' is made of smooth leather in a white colour and features an extra detail compared to the original model. Namely, the sneaker features both a lace-up closure and a nylon strap fastened over the laces with silver metal buckles. The look is finished off with a 'Metallic Silver' Swoosh and sweeping midsoles.
