The Patta x FC Barcelona collection will be dropping soon
Patta and FC Barcelona will launch their upcoming Nike x Patta 'Culers del Món' collection on 16 October 2023. On 25 September 2023, FC Barcelona and Dutch brand Patta previewed their upcoming collaboration through a short video. In this video, you can see a journey through the human body, eventually arriving at the beating heart.
FC Barcelona has a strong connection with the Netherlands; the best Dutch footballers, such as Johan Cruijff and Ronald Koeman, have played there. But still Dutch players have great influence, think for example of Frenkie de Jong. Many of these players have also taken on the role of trainer at the club. Where Johan Cruijff was considered the most successful coach at FC Barcelona for many years.
The collection captures this connection between Amsterdam and FC Barcelona by using the Blaugrana colour scheme. To symbolise the club's 'Barca blood' and DNA flowing from the heart. The 'Barca blood' flows through the veins of supporters worldwide, uniting them in a harmony of blue and red.
The FC Barcelona x Patta 'Culers del Món' collection will be available exclusively on Patta's website from Friday 13 October 2023 at 13:00. In addition, the collection will also be available in Patta shops in Amsterdam, London and Milan. Later that week, on 16 October 2023, you can score the items at 9am via SNKRS.
Patta and Nike team up with football club FC Barcelona

Since 1998, the Nike Air Max Plus has captured the hearts of the public. So it is no surprise that the new collaboration between Patta and Nike, in addition to FC Barca, pays attention to the Air Max Plus.
The upcoming release is a great tribute to the Spanish club. First, the mesh upper of the model is completely covered in the club colors that gradually blend together. Also found on the laces is a small dubrae, in the form of the Barca logo. Finally, the end of the laces is colored yellow and red, which of course is a nod to the region that Barcelona is located in, Catalonia.
Besides the fact that the Nike Air Max Plus is dedicated to one of Spain's biggest clubs, references to Patta can also be found. The tongue label is customized with the streetwear brand's logo and branding can be discovered on the insole and nose of the sneaker.
