New Balance 'Grey Day' pack
The New Balance 'Grey Day' pack pays tribute to the holiday and comes with no less than four models. The 990v4, 990v6, 996, and 998 have each been allowed to receive a gray colorway. The sneakers combine colors of beige, gray, and dark blue.
The 'Grey Day' pack is part of the 'Made in USA' line. Led by Creative Director Teddy Santis, the collection is known for its timeless, clean designs. The 990v4 and 990v6 models feature a streamlined design and use chunky suede on the overlays. NB branding is placed on the tongue and insole.
The New Balance 996 and 998 have an understated look. The sneakers share the same colorways and come with a yellowed midsole that gives the pairs a retro look. As with the 990v4 and 990v6 models, NB branding appears on the tongue, heel, and insole on the 996 and 998 silhouettes.
New Balance 'Moon Daze' pack
The second pack to be released during 'Grey Day' is the New Balance 'Moon Daze' pack. The pack comes with the silhouettes 550, 580, 9060, and the Fresh Foam x More Trail v3. The sneakers have a cool hue and combine the colors gray and blue.
The New Balance 9060 model has a chunky look. The sneaker combines different shades of blue and gray and features different elements on the midsole. In contrast, the New Balance 550 'Moon Daze' has a rather subdued design and comes in a light gray colorway. Blue details on the tongue, heel, and center panel give the sneaker a special twist.
The New Balance 580 has a light colorway and combines shades of light gray and blue. The mesh upper makes it a sporty sneaker, and the leather overlays give the sneaker strength. The Fresh Foam x More Trail V3 'Moon Daze' has an eye-catching look. Designed for running, the model features a unique midsole. NB branding appears on the tongue and insole.
