The Nike Mercurial Superfly 9 FG 'Voltage Purple' is inspired by the classic Air Max Plus 'Voltage Purple'. This sneaker was released in 2018 for the 20th anniversary of the Nike Air Max Plus.
The new Air Mercurial TN 'Voltage Purple' combines the characteristic design of the Air Max Plus with the silhouette of the Nike Mercurial Superfly. The instantly recognisable wavy aesthetic in purple and black tones is transferred to the upper. In addition, the iconic 'Tn' has been replaced by a 'Zm'.
The Air Max Plus has been given a slightly darker shade of purple than the 2018 OG. Apart from that, the sneaker remains true to the earlier design. Make sure to check out the official images below!
