The Patta x Nike Running Team collection pays tribute to runners and athletes worldwide and does so with an extensive apparel collection and the Nike Air Huarache 20Y24 in three colorways. The collection drops on <strong>April 26, 2024</strong>.</p>

<p>2024 is a big year for <a href="https://snkrjg.rs/b68P2Q" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Patta</a>. The Amsterdam-based streetwear brand is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Since its founding in 2004, Patta has become a household name in the sneaker community. With dozens of collaborations to its name, including the recent collab with Converse, Patta now announces its next collab. This time with an old friend.</p>

<p>Together with <a href="https://snkrjg.rs/e73QOG" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nike</a>, Patta introduces the Running Team collection, a collection that celebrates camaraderie, culture, and achievement. With the collection, the duo aims to inspire athletes of all ages and backgrounds to claim their place in the running world. The campaign features Nike running star Sifan Hassan, who embodies strength and resilience as a two-time gold medalist for the Netherlands.</p>

<p>“Patta Running Team was born from a desire to connect with like-minded individuals around the world through the universal language of running,” says Patta cofounder Edson Sabajo, who started the team in Amsterdam in 2010.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Nike Air Huarache 20Y24</h3>



<p>The collection comes with tracksuits, tops, shorts, a varsity jacket and three colorways of an updated Air Huarache hybrid. The Patta x Nike Air Huarache 20Y24 combines the Huarache Plus upper with the sole of the Nike Pegasus. Straps are placed across the upper to provide strength to the sneaker.</p>

The tongue features the Patta Running Team logo, which is also placed on items in the collection. Each pair comes with a custom Patta towel.</p>

<p>With Patta's 20th anniversary coming up, several rumours of releases for 2024 are circulating. In addition to the previously discussed Air Max 1 'Chlorophyll,' the <strong>Patta x Nike Air Huarache Pack</strong> will also be part of the releases!</p>



<p>The choice of the <a href="https://www.sneakerjagers.com/en/sneakers/search?query=nike+air+huarache" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Air Huarache</a> is remarkable, considering the silhouette has remained relatively under the radar in 2023. The silhouette brings back the upper of the Nike Huarache Plus, a design that has never been re-released since its release in 1993. Especially for Patta's 20th anniversary, the silhouette, characterized by the cross strap system on the upper, appears to be returning.</p>



<p>The first images reveal a collection of no less than three different colorways, namely a 'Black', 'Saffron Quartz', and 'White' version.</p>



<p>The <a href="https://www.sneakerjagers.com/en/s/patta-x-nike-air-huarache-20y24-black-fj4201-001/463187" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">'Black' version</a> includes a neutral palette of black, gray and sail hues. This is complemented by vibrant orange and red accents that stand out against the neoprene and branding elements. The <a href="https://www.sneakerjagers.com/s/patta-x-nike-air-huarache-20y24-saffron-quartz-fj4201-300/463186" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">'Saffron Quartz'</a> enters bolder territory with yellow leather overlays, a gray mesh base, and a striking blue pattern. Finally, the <a href="https://www.sneakerjagers.com/s/patta-x-nike-air-huarache-20y24-white-fj4201-100/463185" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">'White' variant</a> features white leather overlays, a gray base, and red accents.</p>



<p>Furthermore, the tongue features a black panther logo surrounded by the text “Air Huarache by Patta". This highlights the unique identity of the collaboration. This co-branding extends to the heel tab and insole. In doing so, the aesthetics of both brands flow effortlessly into one another. Another notable detail is the adopted sole from the Nike Pegasus 40, featuring an Air Zoom foam midsole for exceptional comfort and performance.</p>



<p>Finally, we see a jointly designed shoe box, clearly reflecting the brand's Amsterdam roots. Both Patta and Nike have yet to release any information about this Air Huarache collaboration.
