New Balance New Balance x Kith 990v3 Daytona

In 2022, the new KITH x New Balance 990v3 'Daytona' will be released. This colorway was first seen during Black Friday in 2013 on the New Balance 1600 model. The colorway is inspired by the childhood of Ronnie Fieg, the founder of KITH. He drew inspiration from the colours of Daytona Beach in Florida, where he vacationed with his family.

On the New Balance 990v3 are sand-coloured suede overlays and an ocean blue toebox. The 'N' logo on the midsection has been given a bright pink colour. This colour probably represents the beautiful, colourful sunsets in Florida. This bright colour also returns on the KXTH logo on the heel and Ronnie Fieg's initials 'RF'. As you can see from the pictures, the pair will probably come with three different colours of laces and a dust bag.

When the KITH x New Balance 990v3 'Daytona' will be released is yet to be announced.

Designer Ronnie Fieg was spotted this week wearing the New Balance 990v3 'Daytona'. This pair is not yet released and has been given a familiar colorway. When the sneaker will be available for the general public is still unknown.

Ronnie Fieg x New Balance 990v3 'Daytona'

Designer Ronnie Fieg is known for his designs at Kith. On November 7, Fieg posted a number of photos on his Instagram in which he shared the behind the scenes of Kith's FW21 collection. In photos 3 and 9, the designer was spotted wearing the unreleased New Balance 990v3 'Daytona'.

In the first few shots, Fieg is spotted in the Kith x New Balance 990v3 'Genesis'. This pair was released in June 2021. Photo 3 and 9 show the "Daytona" colorway. This pair has not been released yet, but the colorway is already a familiar one. For example, in 2013, Ronnie Fieg and New Balance released the 1600 model with the "Daytona" colorway.

This colourway takes its inspiration from Fieg's family holidays in Daytona Beach, Florida. This sneaker also combines the colours beige, dark blue and light pink, just like the 1600. Here, the toe has been given a dark blue colour and the overlays are beige. The N-logo has been given a pink colour.

The NB model 990 celebrates its 30th Anniversary in 2021 and has already received a slew of colorways. When the 990v3 'Daytona' will be released is still unknown.
