CLOT x adidas Gazelle 'Linen Khaki'

Streetwear label CLOT reunites with adidas and drops the adidas Gazelle 'Linen Khaki'. The sneaker has a summer twist and, as the name suggests, uses a linen upper. The CLOT x adidas Gazelle 'Linen Khaki' drops on August 23, 2024, from adidas.

After the Nike breakup, CLOT and adidas seem to have found each other completely. After the releases of the adidas Superstar and Samba, we now see the appearance of a Gazelle. Earlier this year, the duo already dropped a Gazelle colorway called 'Halo Ivory', which will also release again this week. Now CLOT is getting ready for the release of the 'Linen Khaki'.

For this campaign, Edison Chen was inspired to bring together fashion and cultural impact through soccer and music, all inspired by Chen's extensive travels through Europe. The campaign embarks on a journey to create something new from a classic with a nontraditional execution for sportswear.

The sneaker has a textured linen upper in a beige color. The three stripes on the center panel are attached to the upper in blue beading. Leather overlays on the toe and heel give the sneaker strength.

The sole is woven to the upper with blue stitching. This stitching also appears on the tongue and at the overlays. The jute that is used on the upper also returns on the sole and makes the sneaker a whole. A perhaps more delicate sneaker with a very elegant look.

In addition to the sneakers, the duo also comes with a capsule consisting of crocheted shirts, shorts, jackets, and tank tops. The collection uses the same colors as the sneaker. Please note that some items are already sold out, so act quickly.

The CLOT x adidas Gazelle 'Linen Khaki' drops on August 23, 2024, at adidas. In addition to the 'Linen Khaki' colorway, we will also see a 'Halo Ivory' colorway appear, which will be available at select retailers on August 23, 2024, but not at adidas.
