Australian sneaker retailer Up There is once again collaborating with New Balance. The duo has collaborated in the past on the 2002R silhouette. In 2024, the two will come up with the release of a colorful New Balance 860v2.
Shortly after its collab with ASICS in early July 2024, Up There is preparing for its next collab. Recently, the first images of the New Balance 860v2 appeared, a model that looks to gain more recognition in 2024. The sneaker has a striking colorway and uses contrasting colours.
The Up There x New Balance 860v2 takes inspiration from the natural landscapes of Australia. The upper uses shades of green, blue, and brown, reminiscent of the various natural environments. Blue accents are a nod to the coast. Green and brown hues hint at Australian forests.
The upper uses the materials mesh and synthetic materials. The pink laces add detail to the sneaker. The New Balance 960v2 uses the ABZORB-cushioning. The collab does not have an official release date yet. However, we can expect the sneaker in 2024.
