The New Balance 1906 Loafer, one of the most eccentric silhouettes of 2024 if you ask me, is getting a new colorway. The 'Magnet Phantom' features dark blue, gray, and brown tones, giving the model a wintry look. This pair will drop at select retailers on December 11, 2024.
Following the recent release of the 1906L 'Black,' New Balance is gearing up for its next launch. The first images of the new colorway surfaced online earlier this year. After debuting in the 'Metallic Silver' colorway in October, the model was soon followed by the Junya Watanabe x New Balance collaboration and the 'Black' colorway.
The 'Magnet Phantom' is the most colorful colorway to date, though this release still maintains a subtle palette. The upper features dark blue mesh, giving the model a sporty touch. The mid-panel incorporates dark brown suede overlays that contrast beautifully with the bright blue accents in the sole.
Like previous 1906L releases, this colorway also utilizes the signature NERGY technology in the sole. The heel element remains consistent with its predecessor, the New Balance 1906, providing support and stability.
