Paris: the city of love (and the best sneaker stores). Whether you come for the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, or prefer to wander the Champs-Élysées, Paris has something for everyone, though it is sneaker lovers who will be happiest here.
With stores from names like Supreme, Sneakersnstuff, KITH, and Stüssy, to name just a few, Paris is a Valhalla for anyone who loves sneakers and clothing.
Sneakerjagers' own Tom and Mats were sent out by NS International to visit Paris' hotspots. In this Sneaker Shopping City Guide, they visit their favorite stores and even give a few food spot tips!
1. Solebox
After a comfortable train ride, Tom and Mats started their day at Solebox. Last summer, the store opened its doors for the first time in Paris, having previously opened branches in cities such as Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, and Brussels. Each Solebox store has its own concept and so does this one.
The store cannot be missed, with its yellow facade that takes inspiration from classic Parisian brasseries. In addition to a wide range of sneakers, clothing, and accessories, Solebox Paris also has its own café and lounge area on the second floor, specially designed for events and talks. A must-visit!

2. Starcow
After a well-deserved cup of coffee at Café Inn in the Solebox store, the store Starcow was next on the schedule. Located between the Centre Pompidou and the Musée du Louvre, the store is a spot not to be missed. Starcow has been a hot spot for lovers of sneakers, streetwear, and sports for years, which was recently rewarded with a collaboration with Saucony.
In addition to a wide selection of sneakers, the store has clothing from brands such as Stüssy, The North Face, Patta, and many others. The interior has a warm, homey atmosphere with natural accents, making it a place, where you can easily spend hours browsing.

Centre Pompidou
Okay, it may not be a store, but the Centre Pompidou should not be missed as a stopover. The Centre Pompidou, officially the Centre National d'Art et de Culture Georges-Pompidou, is a center for modern art in Paris. The building's distinctive architecture was the inspiration behind the design of the Nike Air Max 1.
Tinker Hatfield, the designer of the iconic silhouette, was inspired by the building that made its construction visible on the outside. Hatfield translated this feature into the Air Max 1, the first sneaker with a visible Air unit.

3. Footpatrol
After this somewhat sentimental stopover, the hunt for sneakers continued with the next stop: Footpatrol. The London-based retailer gained a branch in 2018 in the Le Marais district, a popular neighborhood in Paris for shopping. The store has a modern look with walls full of sneakers from a variety of brands.
In addition to having an extensive collection, the store also serves as a meeting place for sneaker lovers in and around Paris, and regularly hosts events here.

4. Naked CPH
A three-minute walk from Footpatrol is one of Mats' personal favorites: Naked Copenhagen. The store focuses mainly on women and has an extensive collection of sneaker brands such as ASICS, Salomon, Adidas, Dr. Martens, and New Balance.
You will also find collections by designers such as Jacquemus, Martine Rose, Wales Bonner, and Andersson Bell.
The store has a unique look and feel. The historic building combines a fresh interior with soft, subtle buttery yellow details. Definitely worth a visit.

5. Stüssy
Just steps away is one of Stüssy's flagship stores. The California-based brand has only a few stores in Europe, including those in Amsterdam, Milan, Madrid, and London.
As in other Stüssy stores, filming or photography is not allowed, but if Tom and Mats are to be believed, this store was also definitely worth checking out.

6. Carhartt
In addition to Stüssy, it is also home to a Carhartt store. The store has a wide range of clothing, gear, accessories, and even home goods, spread over two floors. The interior has a sleek and industrial design, but again, nothing was allowed to be fixed.
The establishment focuses mainly on the men's collection, but Carhartt also has a few branches for women in Paris (66 Rue Saint-Honoré).

7. Supreme
New York-based streetwear label Supreme has only a few stores around the world, and one of them is located in the heart of Paris. The store features Supreme's latest drops: from garments to accessories and decks. The store has a modern look, with unique artwork on the wall, created especially for Supreme. A must-visit, at least according to Tom.

8. Dover Street Market
Another gem of a store is Dover Street Market. With a wide range of high-end brands such as Comme des Garçons, Prada, JW Anderson, Junya Watanabe, and Bottega Veneta, the interior of the store is perhaps even more impressive than its assortment.
Upon arrival, you couldn't miss the “chair-stellar,” specially designed by Tadashi Kawamata. The store has displayed large installations and artworks in the past, so this store is also highly recommended for art lovers.

9. Nike Lab
Around the corner from Dover Street Market is the branch of Nike Lab, a rather small store that focuses mainly on innovation and the brands' history. Later, Mats and Tom will also visit the Nike House of Innovation, so should you be pressed for time, we recommend that store. Still, Nike Lab is also definitely worth visiting.

10. Larry Deadstock
In the heart of Paris is Larry Deadstock, a resell store founded by Julien Ojea. The store is small in size, but big in offerings. In addition to the latest releases, Larry Deadstock has rare OG grails, Bearbricks, and its own merchandise. In 2023, the store also launched the book “1,000 Deadstock Sneakers,” which is also available at the store.
On its Instagram account @larrydeadstock, the shop shows what sneakers are coming in every week. In addition to its current location on the Rue de Saintonge, the store has also had a spot in the Printemps Haussmann & Deauville department store since 2023, with mostly women's sneakers.

Sonny's Pizza
End a filling first day in style at one of the best pizza joints in Paris: Sonny's Pizza. Just a short walk from Larry Deadstock, this little pizza joint can be found. Sonny's Pizza is well known among locals, with a menu that never disappoints.
Here, the Sneakerjagers team closed the first day with the requisite drinks (and free dessert). A successful first day!

Fluffy's - Bakery et brunch
A new morning has arrived, and what better way to start the day than with breakfast at Fluffy's - Bakery et Brunch (@fluffysparis).This small, adorable joint near the Choco-Story Paris - Musée du Chocolat has an extensive menu of homemade sandwiches, cookies, pancakes, and sandwiches.
After being sufficiently recharged again, the Sneakerjagers team left on day two for the first stop: Sneakersnstuff.

11. Sneakersnstuff
Sneakersnstuff is a Swedish sneaker retailer that is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The store extensively celebrates this milestone with several collaborations with Adidas, each of which is available at the Paris branch. The store has an extensive assortment and a modern, industrial interior with natural elements.
Having each done their invited shopping, it was time to move on to the next store.

12. KITH
Perhaps the most iconic sneaker store in Paris: KITH. The store opened in 2021 and is characterized by its luxurious interior. In addition to sneakers, you'll find clothing, accessories, books, artwork, and KITH's own collection. The store also has its own café where you can have a coffee.

13. Nike House Of Innovation Paris
One of the best Nike stores is located in Paris, right on the Champs-Élysées: the Nike House of Innovation. This impressive store spans three floors and offers not only the latest releases and collections but also an in-depth introduction to Nike's cutting-edge technologies.
Learn about the history of Nike, personalize your own sneakers or accessories, receive running tips from Nike experts, or book a session with a personal shopper. At the Nike House of Innovation, the possibilities are endless.

Manhattn's Burgers
You can't shop on an empty stomach, so it's time for a stop at Manhattn's Burgers. This burger joint is known for its typical New York burgers. The chain was founded by the Vandermeulen brothers, who wanted to bring their passion for New York food trucks to Europe.
With success: the burgers at Manhattn's Burgers are all a delight. Whether you go for an Angus Beef burger, or a chicken burger, or are secretly a fan of falafel. Sneakerjagers approved!

14. Shinzo Paris
Finally, as icing on the cake, Tom and Mats visit Shinzo Paris. Founded in 2001, the store has become a hot spot for sports and sneaker lovers over the past few decades. Shinzo Paris has a wide selection of sneakers, apparel, accessories, and sports gear.
With brands like Jordan, adidas, New Balance, The North Face, Carhartt WIP, Dickies, and many others, the store is loved by many. Oh yeah, and the sleek interior helps too.

NS International
After visiting Shinzo Paris, it was time to head for Paris Gare du Nord, where the train left for the Netherlands. With tickets in their pockets, the Sneakerjagers team could easily check-in, unload their luggage, and settle down in the train seats. After two eventful days, it was time to visit home again.
In any case, Tom and Mats succeeded. Mats: “Paris has always had a special place in my heart, and this trip only confirmed that more. The stores, the architecture, the food - everything here is good. My highlight of this trip was visiting Naked Copenhagen, that store really surprised me though.”
Tom: “Paris remains a joy to visit time and again. After a smooth train ride, you get off in the center, where you can immediately find the first coffee shops. The city has pretty much everything a place should have: good food, fine stores and beautiful buildings. My personal favorite of this trip was the Sneakersnstuff store - a store with a wide selection, nice staff, and a beautiful interior.”
