Scandinavian brand GANNI is venturing into a new collaboration with New Balance. The duo is coming up with two eye-catching colorways for the 1906. In May 2023, the first images of one of the two colorways appeared, then things went quiet around the collab for a while. Now in August 2023, a release date.
On 18 August 2023 at 10am, the sneakers will be available at New Balance.
It's been a while since we saw the last collaboration between New Balance and GANNI. In 2022, they launched several eye-catching and colourful colorways of the 2002R model. In 2023, they surprise us again with colourful designs, but this time for the 1906.
A striking yellow colour largely dominates one of the two styles, while the second New Balance 1906R opts for an off-white look with subtle, bold contrasts at the sides. Co-branding is subtly applied to the insoles. Lastly, the sneakers come in a striking yellow box featuring overall GANNI branding.
