British sneaker retailer Footpatrol is once again teaming up with New Balance. For the next collaboration, the duo uses the 1906R silhouette. The sneaker uses bright blue details, suspiciously reminiscent of the lights in an x-ray. Read more about the collab here.
The 1906R model is all too popular this year. With its modern and sporty look, the sneaker has already been released in several colorways and used in collaborations with names like AURALEE, GANNI, Aimé Leon Dore, and more. Now Footpatrol gets its own colorway.
If you've ever broken something, worked in the hospital, or watched too much 'Grey's Anatomy,' the sneaker's colorway may look familiar. The Footpatrol x New Balance 1906R is inspired by X-rays and the human anatomy.
The sneaker features a blue and black colorway. The upper is chunky, breathable mesh and leather details are placed across the design. It is not just the colorway that is reminiscent of having X-rays taken. An actual X-ray of a foot is placed on the insole.
The ABZORB-technology in the midsole provides cushioning and comfort. The center panel features the N logo. NB logos appear on the tongue and heel.
The Footpatrol x New Balance 1906R drops on May 31, 2024, exclusively at Footpatrol. Check out official images of the sneaker below. Keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers release calendar for updates.
