Nike is bringing back an iconic colorway for the Air Max 90. The 'Celery' colorway first made its debut back in 1999 on the Nike Air Tuned Max and got its first retro release in 2021. Now, this standout colourway is set to drop on the Air Max 90, expected to hit the shelves on October 31st, 2024.
Official pics of the Nike Air Max 90 'Celery' have popped up, showing off a familiar colour palette that we've seen before on the Nike Air Tuned Max. While a lot of folks are buzzing about this colourway making a comeback, British rapper Skepta doesn’t seem too chuffed about it.
Before Skepta joined PUMA, he spent quite a bit of time working with Nike. One of the sneakers he dropped during that time was the Air Max 97, which sported the same colour scheme as the 'Celery.' So, it’s no surprise that he’s got a quick opinion on this new release!
