Dear Community, today we have a very special collaboration of three collaborators for you! After the first joint release on the Fusion 2.0 in 2016, the sneaker store Footpatrol and the Finnish brand Karhu are once again working together. For the makeover of the Legacy 96, they have now also brought in the designer label SSSU. The result, the Footpatrol x SSSU x Karhu Legacy 96, is super clean, super high quality and really special.

Of course we know the store Footpatrol and the Finnish brand Karhu has also made a big name for itself in the sneaker game in recent years. Read more about this here. But how well do you know about SSSU, dear community? Sasu Kauppi, the designer and founder of SSSU, is also involved in the new collab on the Karhu Legacy 96.
SSSU stands for designer menswear and accessories for men. Sasu Kauppi has also been design director at YEEZY once. At the Footpatrol x SSSU x Karhu collab he is working with these two brands for the first time and adds some great design elements to the new kicks.
Sasu generally likes to bring Finnish culture into his designs, which couldn't be more appropriate for Karhu. First he wanted to add more colour to the new Legacy 96 of the collab, but we are glad he didn't. Because the collaborators have agreed on a natural and clean colorway and it's just amazing!
Footpatrol x SSSU x Karhu Legacy 96 - the details
The sneakers live through their high-quality materials and the special but very clean design. Light, natural colours on an upper of leather and suede. As usual, the Legacy 96 plays with the different materials on its upper and that's what makes the look so special.
Another special feature we find on the Toe Box. Because Sasu Kauppi has designed his own Karhu logo here, which makes a great statement. This 'woven label' can also be found on the Tongue. On the heel of the kicks we find the branding of all three collaborators.
The grey suede panel and the hairy suede toe box set optical highlights in combination with the white leather and mesh elements of the sneakers. How does it look in detail? Awesome!
