Just in time for spring 2023, Japanese brand Mizuno is launching a new fresh silhouette, the Wave Rider Beta. It is an updated version of the Waver Rider and will start dropping in two colorways on 24 March, 2023 at the brand's official website and selected retailers. Read more about the new silhouette here!
Although this is a new model, recognisable elements of other models can be seen. For example, the Beta retains the streamlined look of the Wave Rider, which was first launched in 1997. In addition, the upper is placed on a sole unit from Mizuno's best-selling running shoe, the Wave Rider 26.
The sneaker will come out in two different colorways, the 'Bistro Green' and the 'Insignia Blue'. The green variant is complemented with an 'Anise Flower' colour and the blue with 'Shifting Sand'. Each pair is finished with Mizuno branding on the heel cap, tongue and sidewalls.
