With its growing popularity we are here to help you with a sizing guide for popular Mizuno sneakers just for you. This will hopefully help you find the perfect Mizuno sneaker size for your feet.
How to determine your own shoe size
First things first, it's important that you know your own shoe size. Nowadays with all the online shops it's less easy than just walking into a sneakershop and try the shoe on right there.
Here is what you need to measure your own shoe size:
- 2 sheets of A4 paper
- A pencil
- A ruler
Measure your shoe size as follows:
Take a sheet of and a the pencil, stand straight upright against a wall of you're choosing and put your heel against it. It is best if you put on a pair of socks you will most likely wear in your new shoes. Secure the sheet of paper with some tape to the floor and stand on it with your heel against the wall. It is best to let someone help you and draw around your foot with the pencil. Once you have a nice outline, get the ruler out and measure the distance from the heel to the tip your big toe. Record this result in centimeters.
Now repeat this process with your other foot, too. This may sound duplicate, but for many people, the sizes differ from one foot to the other. After that you take the larger size you measured as your reference point to determine your shoe size using the proper table. Remember that every manufacturer is different and therefore you should always follow their size charts with your data.
You can use each brand's size chart to find the perfect size by comparing it to your measured size. But beware! Silhouettes can differ even when the brand is the same. Manufacturers often write this in the description of the sneaker.
