The SPZL line has been led by Gary Aspden, a British fashion designer and brand expert, since 2015. Over the past seven years, Aspden has released multiple, timeless collections under the SPEZIAL name at adidas.
The adidas SPEZIAL collection is known for its modern and innovative designs. The items are designed with durability in mind and have an outdoor DNA. In the new adidas SPZL Pre-Spring 2023 collection, we see six sneaker models including the DENIM ITALIA SPZL and the HOCHELAGA SPZL.
With the Footdistrict campaign, the store pays tribute to British soccer culture. The editorial showcases the DENIM ITALIA SPZL and HOCHELAGA SPZL with accompanying apparel items. The HOCHELAGA SPZL hints at the adidas Montreal with its colorway. The DENIM ITALIA SPZL takes its inspiration from the classic SPEZIAL sneakers from the 2000s.
