adidas makes Leopard Print hot again on models like the Samba and SL72

It was perhaps the most popular release of 2023: the Wales Bonner x adidas Samba 'Leopard.' The sneaker was so beloved that it sold out in no time and appeared on marketplaces for four times its original price. Now, the animal motif is making a return on the Samba — to the delight of many.
A print that goes hand in hand with the current Y2K trend is leopard print. The spotted motif has a slightly "wrong" vibe, which makes it so appealing. In 2023, the print appeared in a Wales Bonner x adidas collaboration, which was, and still is, a highly coveted release.
In recent months, popular silhouettes such as the adidas Campus, Air Max 1, and Handball SPZL have featured leopard details. However, the adidas Samba and SL72 are going all-in, covering everything from top to bottom—or rather, from toe to heel—in a hairy leopard print.
The adidas Samba is set to release in two colorways: 'Leopard Print' (WMNS) and 'Black Leopard.' Both colorways feature a hairy upper that perfectly complements the print. The 'Leopard Print' includes white and orange details, giving the pair a fresh touch. In contrast, the 'Black Leopard' colorway boasts a slightly wintery look with its black accents.
