A sneaker that seems to have it all: the adidas Samba LT. Deeply rooted in the world of football, but also impossible to imagine the streets these days. The two variants from the 'Metallic' pack also seem to embrace the Y2K trend. The circle is complete.
The adidas Samba does not seem to be disappearing for now. The model was one of the most popular sneaker designs in 2023, but was quickly succeeded by the Gazelle Indoor and Handball SPZL in 2024. However, the latest releases, including the adidas Samba ‘Leopard’ and ‘Cow Print’, seem to revive the model.
Therefore, the Samba LT ‘Metallic’ pack comes as no surprise. The silhouette takes inspiration from classic 1950s football silhouettes and adds an enlarged tongue flap. Now that the Y2K aesthetic is more popular than ever, and silver shoe's are hot again, adidas seems to be focusing on two trends at once: football and the 2000s.
The ‘Metallic’ pack comes with two colorways: one gold and one silver, the second of which is suspiciously reminiscent of a Wales Bonner collab from 2023. The trainers are constructed from sturdy leather with adidas branding across the silhouette. The silver colorway uses red details, the gold one black.
The adidas Samba LT ‘Metallic’ pack does not yet have an official release date. However, we can expect the pack in 2025. Check out the official images of the release below and keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers release calendar for updates.

The adidas Samba was introduced as a football shoe in 1950. The shoe was specially designed for icy and snowy pitches, so the first variant came with spikes that provided extra grip. Nowadays, the silhouette is also very popular as a lifestyle trainer.
