Converse has asked designers Martine Ali, Isabel Marant and Feng Chen Wang to give the classic Chuck Taylor silhouette a new DNA. The new design should exude self-expression and creativity to explore new dimensions. Jewelry and accessories design Martine Ali will present her take on the new Chuck 70 De Luxe Wedge first.

The new Converse x Martine Ali Chuck 70 will feature a striking midsole with a radically angular shape made of EVA foam, along with a leather upper. You have the option of wearing the shoe with a so-called sleeve, but it is also removable, allowing you to wear the sleeveless model.
The impressive sole of this shoe is not to be missed, with a height of a whopping 10 centimetres. In addition, the shoe has metallic finishes on the upper and contrasting stitching on the collar. Martine Ali has chosen to add removable gaiters based on waders and the all-black colour scheme owes itself to the designers' true New York fashion.
