On Thursday 19 September 2024, Converse will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Transformers franchise with a special collection. This collection brings together Chuck Taylor All-Stars with beloved Transformers characters. Whether you are a fan of the Autobots or the Decepticons, there is a pair for every Transformer lover. In addition to the sneakers, some clothing items will also be dropping.

Converse x Transformers
The Transformers franchise comprises a rich history of both animated and blockbuster films. Together, these two formats have reached an impressive 40-year anniversary. You don't let such an important milestone pass you by, and so it is celebrated appropriately with Converse.
Chuck Taylor Hi
The collection includes sneakers with unique details, such as custom graphics and special hangtags inspired by the characters' weapons. Autobots fans can look forward to a Chuck Taylor Hi with a design inspired by Optimus Prime, featuring a canvas upper in a grid pattern and gradient colours. The custom Energon Axe hangtag completes the look.
For fans of the Decepticons, Converse has designed a special grey Chuck Taylor Hi with Megatron's face and an Energon Mace hangtag.
But there's more than just the classics. The All Star BB Shift CX, one of Converse's high-tech basketball shoes, gets a Bumblebee look, complete with Autobots logos and insoles reminiscent of this Transformer.
Easy-On Hi en Ox
For little ones, there are also special Chuck Taylor Easy-On Hi and Ox in toddler and preschool sizes.
They have elastic laces and cool prints of Optimus Prime, Megatron and Bumblebee. Even the smallest sneakerheads can show their love for Transformers this way.
