Above The Clouds, a sneaker and streetwear retailer from Sydney, Australia, is once again teaming up with ASICS. The duo has released several sneakers in the past, including the ASICS GT-2160 'Chocolate Brown' earlier this year. Now we see two colorways of the GT-2160 model. The Above The Clouds x ASICS GT-2160 'White & Pure Silver' and 'Black & Gunmetal' will start dropping at selected retailers on 30 August 2024.
ASICS is building on the last, successful, release of the GT-2160 with Above The Clouds, releasing two new colorways of the silhouette: one black and one white. Both sneakers feature monochromatic colorways. The upper consists of mesh, leather and synthetic materials.
Both colorways come with a translucent overlay on the upper that gives the sneaker a modern twist. ASICS logos and the model number are placed on the tongue and heel. The GEL technology in the sole provides cushioning and comfort with every step.
