The design is inspired by natural erosion processes, where elements such as water, wind and ice shape the landscape. Think of natural wonders like the Grand Canyon, where millions of years of erosion have resulted in impressive shapes and colours. This story comes to life in the upper of this sneaker design.

The Air Max 95 ‘Erosion’ plays with contrasts and textures to bring nature's story to life. The shoe is a combination of rich purple tones, deep browns and fresh blue accents.

The medial side of the shoe radiates with warm, earthy tones, while the lateral side contains a vibrant purple gradient, creating a striking and bold look. These colours reflect the layers of earth exposed during erosion.

Not only the colours, but also the details of the Air Max 95 ‘Erosion’ are thoughtful. A subtle topographical graphic adorns the heel, further emphasising the influence of the natural elements.
