Los Angeles-based fashion label Union LA is once again joining forces with Nike. After several successful releases, including the 2018 Union La x Air Jordan 1 High 'Storm Blue,' the duo is working on the Nike Field General silhouette this time around. The model will arrive on July 10, 2024, in 'Ivory' and 'Off Noir' colorways.
Union LA x Nike Field General 'Ivory' & 'Off Noir'
The Union LA x Nike Field General combines striking colorways with an understated design. Introduced in the 1980s as an athletic shoe for American football, the Field General has maintained its relevance over the past few decades through its timeless design.
The sneaker combines various materials, including textile, leather, (synthetic) leather and suede. The 'Ivory' colorway features an orange and white upper that contrasts nicely with the black outsole. The center panel features the Swoosh, as well as the UN/LA label. The chunky outsole offers traction and grip.
The 'Off Noir' colorway uses the colors black, gray, and dark blue. The yellowed outsole gives the sneaker a vintage look. Nike and UN/LA branding appear on the tongue, heel, and center panel.
