Update 28th November 2024 - After the reveal in September 2024 by Team USA Olympic champion Jordan Chiles, followed by stylist Veneda Carter in October, Nike’s finally announced the release dates for the Air Max Muse. This sneaker is bringing some serious futuristic vibes to the Air Max collection, with bold, cutting-edge design.
The Air Max Muse features a standout synthetic leather overlay that forms the foundation of the modern design, while the upper adds a cool contrast with its mix of textures and finishes.
Designer Can Eldem explains: "This silhouette was designed to surprise women sneaker fans, capturing their attention and imagination with a new application of Air — something they’ve never seen before. Our goal was to design an entirely new Air Max model focused on both expression and comfort, making the silhouette uniquely hers — sleek, beautiful and bold — while offering the kind of innovation and cushion that she expects from the Air Max franchise.”
The Air Max Muse will be available from 11th December 2024 at selected Nike retailers. It will be dropping globally on 10th January 2025 in the SNKRS-app. Curious about the first look? Just scroll on!

Shortly after Jordan Chiles appeared with the Nike Air Max Muse on her feet, a new silhouette from Nike designed specifically for women, the model also recently appeared in Veneda Carters Instagram. It is not yet known when the Y2K sneaker will be released.
Nike seems to have big plans for its new Air Max Muse silhouette. In early September, athlete Jordan Chiles appeared wearing a never-before-seen Nike sneaker on her feet. It was later announced that this was the Air Max Muse, which will later be released at Nike.
Now we see the model reappearing, this time in Veneda Carter's lookbook. The Los Angeles-based label recently collaborated with Timberland, releasing two shiny colorways of the classic 6-Inch Boot. Whether the stylist and designer will also collaborate with Nike is not yet known.
On Veneda Carter's Instagram account (@venedaacarter), the creative can be seen wearing the unreleased Air Max Muse. The sneaker features a silver colorway with black elements. The silhouette combines the early 2000s aesthetic with a redesigned Air unit.
It is still unknown when the Nike Air Max Muse will drop. Keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers news page for updates surrounding this silhouette and other releases.
