The first images of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Year Of The Rabbit' have hit the internet. This special colourway will be released for the Chinese New Year. 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit and this is celebrated lavishly. On 22 January, this year starts according to the Chinese calendar.
The upper of the low silhouette has a fairly simple colour scheme. A soft suede is used on the overlays and Nike's recognisable Swoosh, and the base of the silhouette is white. On the front overlays is a dark brown shade. The Swoosh is light cream and the heel light grey. The laces stand out clearly. These are in fact made of a soft material.
Over the grey heel we see a gold heeltab. The Air Jordan branding on the insole is also gold with red. On the label on the inside of the tongue is an illustration of a rabbit. Below the illustration it says how many pairs will be released of this release, five thousand.
