After the great success of the Crocs Pollex Clog and the Crocs Juniper, Salehe Bembury unveils the next colorway of the Crocs Cypress silhouette. On December 12, 2024, this outdoor silhouette will be released in a 'Mallard' colorway, just in time for the winter months.
It seems Bembury is far from done with Crocs. The designer first introduced the Crocs Pollex Clog in 2021, a design inspired by natural elements with a fingerprint-shaped sole. In 2024, the Juniper debuted, and now we see the Cypress Boot in a new colorway.
The sneaker, or rather boot, made its debut last summer in a bright red colorway. However, this colorway has not yet appeared on Crocs or any other retailer. A colorway that will be released soon is the 'Mallard'.
The sneaker, like many previous Bembury designs, draws inspiration from nature. The colorway uses earth tones, with the upper made of green canvas that contrasts beautifully with the brown rubber midsole. Crocs branding appears on the tongue, sole, and mid-panel.
The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Cypress 'Mallard' will be released on December 12, 2024, on Be A Spunge, Bembury's website. On December, 18, 2024 the sneaker will later be released at selected retailers. It may not be for everyone, but for those who appreciate this style, it's definitely a great winter steal.
