June 2023 saw the official return of the Nike Mac Attack in a 'Red Crush' colorway. It's no secret that Travis Scott was instrumental in the return of this 1984 shoe. Now he is also releasing his own design for this silhouette, putting the 'Deuce' against John McEnroe. On 19 December 2023, at 9am, the Travis Scott x Nike Mac Attack 'Light Smoke Grey' will drop at various retailers.
As seen below, the original colours of the silhouette have been used. In fact, the shoe has a grey and black colour palette. Here, the base of the sneaker is mainly light grey.
Furthermore, we see the black colours on the mesh of the insert along the toe and on the leather enveloping the collar, Swoosh and lower heel.
Also, of course, some of Travis Scott's signature design elements have been added! For one thing, the Swoosh on the outside has been reversed again. In addition, the Cactus Jack logo is embroidered in black on the heel. In contrast, the text 'NIKE' appears in grey on the back. Finally, a white midsole is combined with a grey rubber outsole. The finishing touch to the design is the tongue tag with a diamond pattern.
