With Edison Chen at the helm, CLOT has always strived to connect Eastern and Western cultures. After a number of successful collaborations, including one with Nike that came to an end in 2023, CLOT is once again joining hands with adidas. After the launch of the CLOT x adidas Superstar 'White' in February 2024, followed by an exclusive collab with Neighborhood, the release of a CLOT Superstar in 'Black & White' is now scheduled for 12 April 2024.
The design of this Superstar is a mix of classic and modern. A sleek black leather upper forms the canvas for the white details like the famous adidas Three Stripes and the CLOT co-branding on the tongue.
Edison Chen shows his love for traditional European shoes by adding extra details such as tassels on the laces, the leather sections of the sole edge and perforations on the sides and heel.
What really sets this Superstar apart is its meticulous finish. With a black and white midsole and a striking, grooved rubber outsole, the classic trainer is given a contemporary, urban touch.
The CLOT x adidas Superstar 'Black & White' will start dropping on 12 April 2024.
