The final days of 2023 are upon us and with the launch of the Nike Kobe 4 Protro 'Black Mamba', the list of Nike SNKRS releases of 2023 is complete. Before we can toast, the brand looks back on the year with an overview of SNKRS releases that received the most applications (in America). Take a look at the top five below!
In 2022, the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Reverse Mocha' received over 3.8 million applications. This sneaker, a collaboration that created a lot of buzz, repeated its success in 2023. Unsurprisingly, Travis Scott's sneakers once again dominated the list, with both the women's and golf versions taking first and second place.
Furthermore, in third place, we see perhaps the most hyped Nike SB Dunk collab of the year. Nike and Mexican drink Jarritos collaborated for a Dunk Low sneaker with canvas details and striking green/orange accents, including a matching clothing line.
In fourth place is the Nike SB x Air Jordan 4. While this was not the first time Jordan Brand and Nike SB collaborated, the Pine Green 4s proved to be one of the hottest sneakers of the year. We hope more colorways start dropping in 2024!
