Nike and Serena Williams Design Crew have teamed up again for a shoe collection. This collection includes four pairs of sneakers and one pair of sandals. Nike and SWDC have previously designed several clothing collections.
All the sneakers in this new collection have one thing in common. The top four laces are gold. The lacing eyes represent the four gold medals that Serena Williams won during various tennis tournaments.
Serena Williams Design Crew x Nike Court Legacy | DM8472-400
One of the releases is a Nike Court Legacy in many different colours. This iconic tennis model can of course not miss in a collection of Serena Williams. The upper looks like a melange of red, yellow and blue. The Swoosh and the border above the midsole are in red.
The heeltab, tongue and lace overlay are in dark blue. The laces are white and have the same look as a rope. The label on the tongue indicates that this model belongs to the collaboration.

Serena Williams Design Crew x Nike Court Legacy | DJ1454-001
Besides the multi-coloured Court Legacy, this model also comes out in black in collaboration with Serena Williams Design Crew. This pair is easier to style and wear every day.
The upper is made of leather and is in black. The heeltab and Swoosh are in white and also made of leather. The four golden laces clearly stand out in this colorway.

Serena Williams Design Crew x Nike RYZ 365 2 | DJ1518-001
Not only the Nike Court Legacy makes an appearance in the collaboration with Serena Williams Design Crew, but also the RYZ 365 2. The upper of this sneaker consists of nylon, leather and suede.
In addition to the four golden lacing eyelets, there are more golden accents on this model. A small golden Swoosh on the forefoot and a golden loop on the side below the ankle.

The Nike RYZ 365 2 is not only available in black, but also in dark blue. The suede overlays on the sides are in bordeaux red. The gold loop on the side is dark blue.
The midsole and outsole are the same in both colorways. The midsole is white and the outsole is black.
Serena Williams Design Crew x Nike Air Max Koko | DJ1453-100
The fifth and final pair in the joint collection is the Nike Air Max Koko. This is a cross between a sneaker and a sandal. The upper is made of a soft and comfortable material in a light colour. On the side is the Nike Swoosh in gold.
The outsole is very thick and high. Under the heel is an Air Unit which makes walking on these sandals very comfortable.
