In April of this year, Jordan Brand released the retro line-up for summer 2021. Some Jordan 1s and 4s have already been released and part of the line up was also the Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Electric Green', which was released on June 5th. On this occasion, we take a look at the most popular Air Jordan 6 colorways and present a small selection here.
History of Air Jordan 6
Do you already know the historical details of the Jordan Brand 6 series? Tinker Hatfield designed the kicks and incorporated MJ's love of sports cars into the design. The special thing about the silhouette: Michael Jordan won his first championship with the Air Jordan 6 'Black/Infrared'.
You can get these AJ6 for retail
Now that we've taken a little trip into the history books, let's take a look at the colorways that are currently available. The hype around the Air Jordan 6 Retro models is not comparable to the 1 or 4 series. On the plus side, the shoes are not totally overpriced in terms of resale and you can even get some models for retail.
Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Carmine'
Let's start with one of the OGs, the Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Carmine', which is currently still available in a few sizes at our partners. Check out the link below to see if you can still get the kicks in your size or get the shoe on the secondary market. The resell prices are reasonable. You can get the Kicks for €190 retail.
Jordan 6 WMNS 'Translucent'
The 'Translucent' colorway was released in 2020 and came in WMNS sizing. If your size is still available, all men can of course still cop this. The colorway is quite dark in various shades of grey. Check out the shoe for yourself via the link below. Cost €190.
Air Jordan 6 Retro 'Singles Day'
Last in the retail range is the retro 'Singles Day', which is unfortunately no longer available in all sizes. However, the kicks are still available at three of our partners, so hopefully your size can still be found. The WMNS 6 Retro in Tripple Black hit the stores in 2020 on 11 November for Singles Day and not only features a special upper, but also comes with extra details as you can see in the picture below. Check out the link below or click on the image. Cost €190.
AJ6 for Resell
Often, the prices on the secondary market for the Retro Air J6 models are not that much more expensive than the retail prices. At €190-200, the shoe already has a comparatively expensive retail price. Let's take a look at which models suit your style.
Quai 54 X J6 '2020'
