LaFrancé, the label of basketball player LaMelo Ball, and PUMA are releasing two new colorways of their off-court sneaker: the Hoops that brings together streetwear and basketball. The model, previously released within the PUMA Hoops line, will soon be available in two new shiny colorways.
The PUMA Hoops has a sturdy sole and a layered upper inspired by basketball performance, but designed for everyday wear. Clean lines, solid panels and contrasting materials create a futuristic design.
The latest colorways add a unique finish. The ‘Chrome’ features a reflective silver color, while 'Black Chrome' combines a dark base with subtle shiny details.
Behind this release is the collaboration between LaMelo Ball's label LaFrancé and PUMA Hoops, merging basketball and fashion. The brands have worked together before and continue to develop their shared vision of sports and streetwear.
Although PUMA Hoops focuses on performance basketball shoes, LaFrancé adds a fashion-conscious approach. This results in a sneaker that references the sport, but is primarily meant to be a lifestyle model.
