2024 looks set to be an exciting year for Jaden Smith. He's hitting the road on tour with Kid Cudi, showcasing his passion for music. In 2023, a brand-new model emerged, the MSFTSrep 0.01, in a bright white hue. And now, in March 2024, they've unveiled the official images of a 'Grey' rendition. But hold on, there's more! Just a month later, we'll get a glimpse of a 'Panda' colorway.

Jaden Smith, the versatile American rapper and actor, is perhaps best known for his 2010 track 'Never Say Never' with Justin Bieber. But since then, he's been far from idle. He's dropped several new tracks for his studio albums, including 'Syre' in 2017, 'Erys' in 2019, and his latest 'CTV3: Cool Tape Vol. 3' in 2020, with a follow-up version titled 'CTV3: Day Tripper's Edition' in 2021.
Jaden Smith x New Balance MSFTSrep 0.01 'Panda'
In 2024, Will Smith's son is teaming up with New Balance once again to release an MSFTSrep 0.01 in a 'Panda' colorway. For the first time, the duo is opting for a darker hue, departing from the brighter white and grey tones seen previously. Additionally, we're seeing different materials on the upper compared to the OG white colorway, with suede used for the mudguard and around the eyelets instead of leather.
To achieve the 'Panda' effect, the collar features white leather, while white lines adorn the shoe's perimeter. The MSFTSrep and New Balance branding on the side panel is in white, contrasting with the black base.
Connoisseurs of Smith's designs will recognize some familiar features, such as the three-part midsole inspired by the New Balance Vision Racer. Additionally, the layered upper pays homage to the New Balance 574.
