The Nike Air 180 in the ‘Dusty Cactus’ colorway will soon be available again at Nike and selected retailers, dear community. Back in May 2024, we were introduced to the return of the Air 180 silhouette in the original ‘Ultramarine’ colorway, released for the first time since 2018.
The silhouette, originally designed by Nike designer Tinker Hatfield in 1991, later also returned in 2024 in the striking ‘Dusty Cactus’ colorway, which was already available at some retailers at the time. A wider release at Nike and other retailers is now planned for 6th September 2024.
Air 180 'Dusty Cactus' - FJ9259-001
The new Air 180 ‘Dusty Cactus’ naturally retains the signature design elements of the original silhouette. The Air 180 was one of Nike's first models where the Air unit extended into the outsole, and it was the first shoe with 180-degree visible Air cushioning.
This design now comes in the striking ‘Dusty Cactus’ colorway, reminiscent of the popular Tiffany look.
The Air 180 comes with a black upper made of textile. The collar and Swoosh have been given a beige colour. The bright blue details on the tongue and heel contrast nicely with the black upper. The 180 branding is placed on the tongue and heel.
The Nike Air 180 ‘Dusty Cactus’ will be released by Nike and selected retailers on 6 September 2024. Some also work with a raffle.
