The New Balance 1906 is arguably the brand's most popular silhouette at the moment. The sneaker served as inspiration for the New Balance 2002, which has been highly favored in recent years. In 2024, the focus seemed to shift to 1906, with the model receiving various alterations such as the 1906L, 1906R, and 1906A.
The New Balance 1906A is now available in three new colorways. The 'Great Plains' offers an autumn-inspired look. The upper combines shades of gray, blue, and ochre yellow. Dynamic overlays give the pair its unique appearance, along with standout details around the iconic N-logo.
The 'Blue & Slate Grey' colorway features a bold shade of blue that contrasts beautifully with the brown and gray details on the upper. The NERGY technology in the sole provides cushioning and comfort. Silver accents on the upper give the sneaker a modern touch.
The third, and our personal favorite from the pack, is the 'Slate Grey & Drift Red' colorway. The upper features a gray base made of mesh, leather, and suede. Orange-red details on the sole, tongue, and upper beautifully contrast with the base, making this colorway a fresh option for the summer.
