From 26 July 2024, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman will shine on the silver screen as Deadpool and Wolverine, two unique characters from the Marvel universe, dear community. Ahead of the highly anticipated film Deadpool & Wolverine, adidas has announced an exclusive collection of sneakers and apparel.
This is the first time Deadpool and Wolverine are getting their own collection, although adidas has previously collaborated with Marvel for collections around other iconic heroes such as Spider-Man. The new collection includes two unique Rivalry Low sneakers, an Adizero Electric football shoe and graphic t-shirts.
Spoiler Alert! Alongside these sneakers, a special Forum 84 Low for kids is also set to drop. This version might hint at a plot twist from the film. Don’t want any spoilers? Avoid looking at the last photos in the gallery.
Each item in the collection features eye-catching colourblocking and details that pay homage to these iconic characters.
As mentioned earlier, the collection also includes two adidas Rivalry Low colorways: the first is inspired by Deadpool with a bright red suede upper, black accents and a leather storage pouch on the tongue - a nod to Deadpool's costume.
The second version, inspired by Wolverine, has a striking yellow and blue upper and the famous X-Men logo on the tongue, a tribute to his iconic superhero costume.
