Out now: Nike Air Max 1 PRM 'Hangul Day'
The sneaker that previously went by the name 'No Bubble' will drop on August 5, 2024, at Nike and select retailers. The Nike Air Max 1 PRM 'Hangul Day' was previously released in Asia, but will be available in the rest of the world starting next week.
The design of an Air Max 1 with no visible Air Unit immediately caught the eye. In fact, this sneaker became very revolutionary because of the visible Air Unit. We also saw this dense Air Unit on the collaboration with Travis Scott earlier this summer.
The Nike Air Max 1 Premium 'Hangul Day' has a fresh colorway and pays tribute to the Korean alphabet. The upper consists of precarious materials, including mesh, leather, and suede. On the upper we see different pastel shades. The Swoosh on the side of the shoe is smaller than we are used to and has a 'Jewel' look.
Light blue elements on the heel offer sturdiness. On the heel is the Korean Nike logo with the text "나이키" printed in relief. The laces are also different from what we know from the Air Max 1. For example, these are a bit thinner and go through a lace lock. Through this element, you can loosen and tighten the sneaker.
