The Dunk. Over the course of the year, we kind of built up a love-hate relationship with this model, didn't we, dear community? Every month several awesome Dunks came out, but due to the huge demand it was super hard to get a pair as usual and it rained 'L's for many of us. With Nike By You, that may now be coming to an end and you'll get the chance to design your very own perfect Dunk Low. Because in January 2021, the Dunk will return to Nike's beloved By You platform. We'll tell you how it all works and when we can expect the options:
Der Nike Dunk in 2020
The hype around the Dunk already started before 2020, but this year the silhouette has made another big leap in popularity. Among others, the Travis Scott and Ben & Jerry's SB Dunks were the highlights. After several SB Dunks, the Sportswear Dunk also reappeared regularly. The hype wasn't just about the low version of the sneaker, the high model was also very popular and especially at the end of the year, it inspired with many retro releases.
It's best to mark your calendars for January 2021, because there are a lot of great Dunk releases this month, with the By You options as the highlight.
Nike Dunk Low By You
In December 2020, the model was briefly seen in Nike's American web shop in the By You options, but was quickly taken off the market again. After that, there was super much speculation in the scene and now there finally seems to be good news! We expect the options to be available in Europe as well, and pretty soon. Exactly which options will be available, however, is not yet known.
Nike By You is sometimes a bit unpredictable when it comes to release dates. However, it could be that the options will be available as early as 7 January. But perhaps only a week later. Whether the options will be available for a longer period is also a matter of time. Until then, we'll have to make do with a few ideas! But just keep an eye on our Sneaker News to stay up top date.
