Several brands from the UK are getting bigger and bigger. For instance, not only is Corteiz rising in popularity, but Clints is also gaining traction. The brand was founded in Manchester in 2020 by Junior Clint.
Clints footwear
The name Clints should ring a bell with some sneakerheads. In fact, in spring 2022, they teamed up with Patta and released a sneaker together. The New Stepper, first released at the time, had a canvas upper in orange and black.
Clints' sneaker silhouettes are inspired by retro designs. Junior Clint started his brand because he did not feel connected to the sneaker industry at the time. He started designing shoes by hand in his bedroom. Soon Clint's designs caught the eye on the streets of Manchester and beyond.
The brand recently shared the first images of a new model, the TRL 2.0. This silhouette has a sportier and outdoorsy look. The upper is made of mesh combined with suede, and the brand's logo is not only on the toe cap but also used to shape the outsole.
To get your hands on a pair of kicks from Clints, you have to be quick, as they are not always available. It is important to follow their Instagram page @clintsinc and keep a close eye on it to be aware of the new drops.
Clints apparel
Junior Clint clearly stands out with his brand through his innovative sneaker and fashion designs. Besides sneakers, the young entrepreneur also designs matching clothing items. Even in the clothing collection, you will recognise the retro vibes that so influence the brand.
The recent Cali and NY pack drops were wildly popular. The items sold out quickly and the brand is growing even faster due to the growing popularity. When the next drop will be is not yet known.
There is Clints branding on all clothing items, but this is used creatively. For instance, on the Full-Zip Hoodie, they have incorporated the logo in the soles of the shoes of the illustration and the logos on the other items look different.
The leather bomber jacket was released in October 22 and several rappers have been spotted wearing it. Among others, Aminé wore this jacket when he was in Amsterdam with his world tour.
Concept Store
Clints only has one physical shop for now. In August, they opened their concept store in Manchester. The shop is only open from Thursday to Sunday, so plan your visit well.
