We can expect the New Balance 990V6 'Baklava' featuring Action Bronson in 2023. The American rapper and foodie wore his design during an AEW wrestling match in September 2022, but the official release date of the New Balance x Action Bronson 990V6 'Baklava' is not yet known. We expect the sneaker to release in the coming months of 2023.
To match his personality, Action Bronson has given the sneaker a cheerful makeover. The New Balance x Action Bronson 990V6 is a combination of both bold and calm colours mixed with mesh, leather, and suede materials. Neon green covers most of the upper with pink/purple rope laces. The midsole consists of two different shades of blue, which is then taken over by a brown mudguard made of suede.
On the tongue, insoles, and box, you can find Bam Bam's 'Baklava' branding, which is a reference to the recently launched digital marketplace: Baklava Flea Market. To complete the design, you can see 'Made in USA' on the heel of the shoe.

Action Bronson is an American rapper and big fan of New Balance. He has partnered with the brand to create a 990v6. The American rapper and foodie wore his upcoming design during an AEW wrestling match in September 2022. In November 2022, he teased the pair on his Instagram.
To match his personality, Bronson has given the 'Dad Shoe' a cheerful makeover. The upper comes in a mix of materials and colours, for instance, the mudguards come in olive green suede and the laces colour purple with pink.
Written on the tongue of the model is the word 'Baklava', which is a reference to the recently launched digital marketplace: Baklava Flea Market. The midsole with ENCAP technology comes in different shades of blue, completing the colourful design.

Inspired by the rich taste of the Turkish desert 'Baklava', the sneaker comes dressed in a complex colour scheme. The 'Pixel Green' mesh upper is complemented by smooth light brown overlays around the front foot and medial, paired with 'Monarch Gold' suede mudguard. Silver grey covers the collar overlays and lacing system while also constructing the 'N' logo on the lateral of the sneaker. Dark purple and orange are visible on the heel while the sock liner features dark green and the laces come in a mix of purple and pink.
Bounce and stability provided by the 'Dazzling Blue' midsole paired with a predominantly black outsole completes Bronson's canvas.
