Air Jordan 11

Introducing the Air Jordan 11

Experience the legacy of performance and innovation with Jordan 11 shoes. Born from the iconic collaboration with Michael Jordan in the '80s, this brand commitment to excellence has never wavered. Crafted with pro-grade materials and iconic styling, these shoes offer unmatched comfort and performance, seamlessly transitioning from the court to the street.
Plus, with the Move to Zero initiative, wearers are not just choosing shoes—they're joining on a journey towards a sustainable future. The Air Jordan 11 stands as one of the most innovative and unique sneaker designs of all time. Designer Tinker Hatfield looked at premium fashion and luxury as a blueprint for the 11. Michael Jordan's return to the NBA in 1995 marked the debut of the Air Jordan 11 on the court, solidifying its place in sneaker history.

Did you know?

Similar to the celebrated black/red Air Jordan I, the 'Concord' Air Jordan 11 faced its own share of controversy. Since these sneakers lacked the Chicago Bulls' red and featured a black and white colour scheme, Jordan incurred fines during the initial two games of the second round of the 1995 NBA Playoffs.
In an effort to avoid further penalties, Jordan opted to wear a pair of Air Flight Ones borrowed from Orlando's Penny Hardaway for Game 3, later customising them by removing Penny's personalised '1' heel tab. However, for Game 4, Jordan surprised everyone by unveiling the iconic 'Space Jam' Air Jordan XI colorway.

The iconic black and white Jordan 11, donned by Michael Jordan in 1995 and 1996, is well-known. However, this latest release includes unique details not seen in previous 'Concord' retro versions. The design boasts a higher cut on the black patent leather mudguard and replaces the usual '23' on the heels with '45', Jordan's initial uniform number upon his return from retirement in 1995.

The Air Jordan 11 'Bred 2019' released during the holiday season of 2019 pays homage to one of the iconic sneaker's most beloved original colorways. This classic black and red design, famously worn by Michael Jordan during his 1996 NBA Championship run, returned in its purest form. Featuring premium black patent leather on the upper and black ballistic nylon with leather at the ankle, the design is completed with a white midsole, carbon fibre plate, and red translucent outsole showcasing a black Jumpman logo and traction pods, appealing to Air Jordan enthusiasts.

The Air Jordan 11 "Space Jam" stands as one of the greatest sneakers ever made. Initially seen on Michael Jordan's feet during the 1995 NBA Playoffs, it's been released twice before the 2016 edition. Celebrating its 20th anniversary and linked to the movie 'Space Jam', this iconic shoe, featuring Black, Dark Concord, and White colours, returns with renewed popularity, fuelled by rumours of LeBron James' involvement.

In homage to MJ's 1996 Championship with the Chicago Bulls, this edition commemorates the season when he first sported the cherished Air Jordan model. The 'Win Like ‘96' Air Jordan 11 showcases a Bulls-red upper with black accents and an icy sole, presenting a fresh take on the timeless Chicago colour palette.

In 2017, Jordan Brand celebrated Derek Jeter's retirement with a special release of the Air Jordan 11, honouring one of the greatest New York Yankees. Only five pairs were made available through a lottery system near Yankee Stadium on his retirement day. These exclusive sneakers boast a premium navy suede upper with Jeter's #2 embroidered in white on each heel, along with a white midsole, translucent outsole, and leather laces, making them one of the rarest Air Jordan 11s ever produced.
