Tekken 8 x Nike Air Foamposite One PRM 'Fist'

Without a doubt, the most unexpected collaboration of 2024: Tekken 8 and Nike. Tekken 8 is a computer game developed for the Playstation 5, Xbox, and Windows. Earlier this year, the eighth variant of the Tekken series was released. Enough reason for its own Nike release.

On July 8, 2024, especially for National Video Game Day, Nike revealed its collaboration with Tekken 8. The collaboration uses the Air Foamposite One silhouette. The sneaker has a striking colorway and uses shiny overlays that mimic the skin of crocodiles. This exotic leather can also be seen on Kazuya Mishima, one of the main characters in the Tekken series.

Although the collaboration between this duo is very unexpected, Nike's choice for Tekken 8 makes more sense than you might think. The sneaker takes inspiration from Kazuha Mishima who is a big sneaker enthusiast, as confirmed in Tekken 1.

Placed across the silhouette are Tekken 8 logos. Mishima's signature First Move is highlighted on the outsole. Additionally, the release comes with a unique shoebox that splits open in the middle, revealing both shoes secured with elastic straps.
