The Nike Zoom MMW 5 Slide comes out in 2023
Matthew M. Williams, founder and creative director of 1017 ALYX 9SM, has been working with Nike since 2019, designing both sneakers and apparel for Nike under the name: 'MMW'. Now the collaboration continues into 2023 - we can expect a new colour of the Nike Zoom MMW 5 Slide.
First introduced in Autumn 2022, the Slide had a lot of hype surrounding its release. Now, the silhouette appears in a light grey colorway, with the signature details: all foam, reinforced outsoles and the classic perforations.
Finally, we also see chrome accents and Nike and 'MMW' branding on this new livery.

With a dual foam sole with a plastic stability plate in between, the slide gives you a comfortable and supportive fit. The upper is made of airy foam with perforations that dissipate heat and keep your feet cool. The large holes in the upper keep the slide lightweight and provide more ventilation. The slides come with an included carrying bag that you can use to take the pair with you wherever you go.
This model is ideal for casual use and goes perfectly with a sporty outfit.
