Nike Air Max 1 Master Magma Orange release
For the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the iconic Air Max 1 silhouette, Nike is releasing a new colorway of the sneakers' Master concept. The first and last time this concept was released was in 2017 for the silhouette's 30th anniversary. This Magma Orange colorway is set to be released in the coming weeks.
The new model resembles the AM1 Anniversary Orange which was released back in 2020. But this new model features a mudguard split into multiple sections. Each section is made from various classic Air Max 1 materials like elephant print, canvas and safari. These sections come in magma orange color. One of these sections on the toe box also features an embroidered mini swoosh. The upper is made of mesh and suede and comes in different shades of grey. To finish off the design, the outsole comes in a yellowish shade.
The model released in 2017 borrowed elements from previous models released in the past 30 years and can be compared to Nike's "What the" releases. The 2017 version combined elements from the OG Air Max 1 in University Red, the Atmos Air Max 1 'Safari', 'Animal Camo', 'Viotech' and other classic AM1 colorways. In 2017 Nike released a special Friends and Family version of the shoe as well. Of which there is only 1 pair available online for €58.000+. So who knows, there might be a special F&F version this year too!
The Orange Magma doesn't have a specific release date yet but it is expected to drop sometime this fall. Keep up with our release calendar and news page for further information on when and where to cop this sneaker!
