In 2022 Nike chose to release the Nike Air Force 1 Low 'SNKRS Day' (DX2666-100) to celebrate the anniversary of the SNKRS app. The Air Force 1 dates back to 1982 and therefore also celebrates an anniversary of no less than 40 years! A great combo celebration of SNKRS DAY 2022!
The Nike Air Force 1 Low 'SNKRS Day' consists of a mix of mesh, woven materials and leather in a soft 'Sail' colour. The contrasting combination of the beige upper and the 'Chocolate Brown' leather swooshes, branding and rubber outsole give this pair a vintage look. As the Nike SNKRS app celebrates its 5th anniversary, the Roman numeral "V" is printed on the insole and on the wooden lace lock on the front of the sneaker. To complete the theme, the shoe also features the "SNKRS Day" hangtag.
