The New Balance 1000 will be released on 15 September 2024 in ‘Sea Salt & Heron Blue’ and ‘Sea Salt & Astro Dust’ colorways, dear community. The sneaker made its comeback earlier this year, 2024, especially for its 25th anniversary. It seems New Balance will continue to focus on the 1000 silhouette for now. Launched in 1999, the trainer was an instant hit with its Y2K aesthetic. The model features a chunky silhouette with dynamic overlays all over the upper.

Now we see two subsequent colourways of the silhouette appearing: ‘Sea Salt & Heron Blue’ and ‘Sea Salt & Astro Dust’. The two summery colorways both feature beige uppers. The uppers are composed of the materials leather and suede. Black logos on the heels characterise the trainers.

The ‘Sea Salt & Heron Blue’ uses blue and yellow details. The upper has an ombre effect that runs from light to dark blue. The segmented sole has ABZORB cushioning in the heel and forefoot, with a Stability Web shank in the midfoot.

The ‘Sea Salt & Astro Dust’ uses orange and gold details. Double padding at the heel offers extra comfort. The centre panel features the N logo. The 1000 logo is also placed on the tongue and on the forefoot.
