Bricks & Wood x New Balance 9060 'Angora'

After much teasing, in January 2023, Bricks & Wood and New Balance have announced an official release date for their second collaboration: the Bricks & Wood x New Balance 9060 'Nothing Changed But the Address.' The sneaker is a successor to the 57/40, which came out in 2021. The new design will start dropping on 30 January 2023.

Bricks & Woods owner and co-founder, Kacey Lynch, revealed on Instagram his inspiration behind the design: his grandmother's house. Hence the name: 'Nothing Changed But the Address'. The idea behind the sneaker is to remember where you came from, wherever you go.

The upper comes in a combination of grey mesh and premium suede, and the fuzzy laces add a playful look to the design. Another eye-catching detail are the soles with bright green pods and cream styling. The green tones refer to the grassy field outside Lynch's grandmother's house, which is pictured above. A place he always holds close to his heart.

The Bricks & Wood x New Balance 9060 will be launched exclusively at PaperBoy in Paris on 19 January 2023 from 4pm to 9pm. The NB 9060 will then launch worldwide on 30 January 2023 on New Balance's website.
