Release reminder: Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Atmosphere Grey'

On 25 August 2023, at 9am, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Atmosphere Grey' will drop at various retailers. The first images came out in 2022 and now we can finally look forward to the design's release.

The Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Atmosphere Grey' features a mix of premium leather and sumptuous suede, thereby embracing an elegant color palette of white and grey. White gracefully adorns the base, center panel, mudguard, tongue, and laces. Meanwhile, 'Atmosphere Grey' accentuates the Swooshes, heel, toecap, and lining.

The heel elegantly houses the Wings logo, which boasts a black color. Similarly, the tongue brings the Nike Air logo to life, fostering a well-balanced interplay among the distinct colors present on the shoe.

The midsole displays a neo-vintage aesthetic that blends nicely with the off-white upper. Lastly, Peter Moore's silhouette completes with a lighter 'Atmosphere Grey' shade on the outsole.

Scheduled for an August 16th release, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG ‘Atmosphere Grey’ has been officially unveiled through Nike photos after a teaser last year. The sneaker features a Sail color leather base across the forefoot and mid-foot, while the toe box and spine showcase the titular ‘Atmosphere Grey’ hairy suede.

The iconic profile swooshes maintain the same material, and notable branding on the tongue label and upper heel adds contrast in black. The midsole boasts a neo-vintage aesthetic that complements the off-white upper, while the outsole by Peter Moore contributes a lighter shade of ‘Atmosphere Grey’. As anticipation has grown, this low-top style delivers a carefully curated design that combines various textures and tones, making it a noteworthy addition to the Air Jordan lineup.
